Contacts may be organized by color-coded categories that can be selectively displayed. In the sample above, a subset of the book is coded to receive seasonal greetings cards. That code is green, underlined, and bold. A category may be displayed and used to print just those addresses on envelopes, or to print a Phone Book of just those contacts.
